I think you may be onto something with your suggestion to eat slowly. I call it "mindless" eating when you veg out in front of the TV and before you know it you have eaten a plate of food without realising it and still feel hungry.

I guess our lifestyles today is one of the reasosn why a lot of people turn to appetite suppressants like Hoodia to suppress their appetities.

If we all just take time to mindfully eat and savour each moutful, not only will we enjoy our food but we will feel satisfied by less food.

These are some good points of advice! I was reading another blog site that gave some interesting information in changing your attitude in life. With valentines day coming up some of us often feel angry or sad but if we do things to treat ourselves that day, we might feel better about it. If anyone is interested, check out http://lifequake.wordpress.com to read more!

I would also include that learning how to forgive and not hold grudges is also something people can do to improve their lives. I'm not sure how instant a forgiving process could possibly be, but most things worth having usually do take time.

I think it's interesting that lifestyles and cancer have a link.

Thanks for the article!
