<p>I do not want to sound preachy, but eyelashes are really a blessing for us. It was created with the main purpose of protecting our eyes from dusts and other particles in the air that can end up in our eyes. But how well do you know your eyes, its lashes and eyelids? 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I know that working out is the last thing you want to do while you&#8217;re on vacation but that&#8217;s a problem because it means that you&#8217;re not working out. It’s also a problem because it will throw off your workout schedule. A lot of times, people lose the habit of working out while they&#8217;re on vacation and when they return home, they lost their motivation because they lost the momentum of working out daily.</p>
<p>The best thing you can do is create a <a href="http://www.thenextworkout.com">good workout routine</a> where you can bring along with you anywhere. I like to keep my home workout routines simple and easy so that I am able to do them without any exercise equipment and anywhere I want. So if you&#8217;re on vacation for week or month, I came up with a good workout plan that you can complete in just 5 minutes. Now, you can be in shape while you are out relaxing and enjoying your vacation!</p>
<p><strong>Crescent Lunges</strong> &#8211; The following exercise is a mix of cardio and yoga. The idea behind this is to do a lunge with both arms straight above your head with your fingers pointing to the sky. For every repetition you bring your legs back together, standing straight up, while your arms remain in the air. Then alternate your legs. This workout can be done standing in one spot without taking much space. This exercise works out your legs, core, and shoulder. You should do 20 repetitions.</p>

We begin our adult lives so eager to go out into the work force and &#8220;be on our own&#8221; so that we don&#8217;t have to answer to our parents.  Sound familiar?  And then reality sets in.  Whether this realization takes months, years, or decades, the majority of us reach a point that we realize that our life isn&#8217;t what we had imagined it would be.  </p>
<p>This is a traumatic point that we reach.  How do you figure out what you want to spend the rest of your life doing when you know that you don&#8217;t want to continue on as you have been previously?  This very question results in anxiety, stress, and depression for a lot of people. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>When I discovered that there was a weird fringe of the fitness world devoted to hand strength, I laughed. But once I started getting into competitive grip training, I was astonished at how hard the addiction bit me.</p>
<p>A year later I could bend nails and bolts with my bare hands. I couldtwist a draft horseshoe into a heart. I could tear decks of cards and phonebooks in half. Not only could I do it, I was having a hard time focusing on anything else fitness-related, I was having so much fun.</p>
<p>That is the best reason to do it. That is the best reason to <a href="http://worldsstrongestlibrarian.com/7256/get-a-stronger-grip/" target="_blank"><strong>get a stronger grip</strong></a>: it&#8217;s fun! Think about it: when a man with huge shoulders or a broad chest walks into a room, we would probably both assume that he was very strong. That may or may not be true, since it is possible to build muscle without gaining any serious strength.</p>
<p>But how often do you notice someone&#8217;s hands and think &#8220;Hmm&#8230;I bet he could bend nails with those mitts?&#8221; Nope. Hands look like hands, which gives guys who are not imposing physically a wonderful opportunity to show off.</p>

<p>If you play a sport where grip is important, you will get better at your sport with strong hands. If you lift weights, grip strength will make it harder for the weights to fall out of your hands as the poundage increases in big movements like the deadlift.</p>
<p>If you are a martial artist, strong wrists will make your punches more powerful and allow you to control your opponent&#8217;s limbs more effectively.</p>
<p>But at the bottom of all these other reasons is still the fun factor. If you have a powerful grip, you will make more progress in other areas. Nothing is more satisfying than personal progress, so we should chase as much of it as we can with our limited time. Hand strength is just one more piece of the self improvement puzzle.</p>
<p>Give it a try. I&#8217;ll be very surprised if many of you don&#8217;t enjoy it as much as I have.</p>

Once our body is relaxed, then we can relax our mind. Take several deep and full breathes. Count to ten in between breathes. Do this at least fives times or so. Once you do this, your body becomes calm and then we can focus on relaxing our mind and entering into a state of easy meditation.</p>
<p><strong>Listed below are three easy meditation techniques</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mantra meditation</strong> is one of the oldest forms of meditation and is an <a href="http://healthbeautylifestyle.com">easy meditation</a> technique. There&#8217;s a lot of power behind mantra meditation. In fact, monks still use this technique each and every day. Mantra is a form of repetitious rhythmic sounds. We are able to process experiences in our life. This is like a virtual modern day &#8220;brain dump&#8221;. Once we release negative thoughts and process them, we can truly achieve a state of calm relaxation and inner peace.</p>
<p>While these are just three easy meditation techniques, there are many more. A little bit of time and patience will help you determine which meditation technique is best for you. There are times where you will find some techniques will help you in specific seasons of your life. One things for sure, do one technique at lest daily, and plan for a longer and possibly more intricate meditation session once a week.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Diabetes is a chronic disease characterized by higher than normal levels of glucose circulating in the bloodstream of a person due to an impairment of their body’s normally efficient system to control and regulate the blood sugar levels.</p>
<p>Type-2 is the most prevalent form of diabetes accounting for about 90 percent of all cases and is being diagnosed increasingly in North America. Type-2 is closely linked to the parallel growth of obesity and overweight in our citizens, both adults and children. It is a disease that is increasing because of what we eat, how much we eat, and how little we exercise. It seems too simple to think that the onset of diabetes can be avoided by an alteration of eating habits and by becoming more physically active, but that is the case. And for those who already have been diagnosed as having diabetes, the same change in lifestyle can moderate the ultimately serious effects of higher blood sugar levels.<br />
<strong><br />
How can diet be changed?</strong><br />
The diet can be changed most obviously in three ways for sure. One way is to cut out or cut down on the bad foods we eat, another is to incorporate better food items into the daily dietary routines and the third is to avoid eating more than is needed to provide the body with enough calories to sustain the energy output of the day’s activities and physical exertions.</p>
<p>A key component in a diet for diabetics is the amounts and types of carbohydrates (carbs for short). Carbs are the main source of the sugars in the blood and some carbs deliver far more sugar than others and some foods are dense in the amount of carbs they contain while others are less so. So again, it is fairly obvious where the choices should lie if we can find out which food items are nutritious without delivering too quickly a sugar boost.</p>
<p>Carbs are basically chains of sugar molecules that can include simple sugars, starches and fiber. The simple sugars breakdown more swiftly than the more complex starches, the fiber is indigestible but provides roughage.</p>
<p>To explain the process in very simplistic terms, the food that is eaten descends to the stomach where it is digested and broken down into its nutrient constituents. Those are the proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins and minerals that then passes through the walls of the intestines into the bloodstream for delivery throughout the body to various needy cells that use the nutrients. The speed at which the nutrient molecules can enter the blood stream depends on the complexity of their chemical structures, the more complex, the longer it takes. Carbohydrates can be simple or complex in that regard, so the preferred carbs are the complex carbs that take longer to break down than the simple carbs.</p>
<p>For people with diabetes, a nutritious diet that emphasizes the inclusion of low carb foods can have a positive impact on their blood sugar levels. Low carb foods, as their name suggests, do not deliver too much sugar too quickly to the blood stream.</p>

Without needing to buy the book listing thousands of food items, try to obtain a partial copy of the glycemic index and its companion, the glycemic load, or perhaps make note of index values that appear in newspaper and magazine articles or check out the local public library. <p>Where possible look for the low carb foods. Learn to read the contents labels that are on most packaged foods. Be wary if the first few ingredients listed are sugar, sucrose, or fructose corn syrup, they will contribute to spikes in blood sugar.</p>

<p>As with everything, nothing lasts forever and in 1948, one of the brothers left and started his own company to compete with Adidas. This is actually when the Adidas company acquired the now well-known name. Another change that came with this was the look of the product by adding the three stripes. These stripes were originally added to the design for stability and ultimately became the logo.</p>
<p>The company thrived for many years due to the demand of the product created by the athletes who wore them. In 1978, when the founder died, the history of Adidas began to change but the company remained family owned when his widow took over the company. Six years later, she died and her son took over the business until his death.</p>
<p>After the death of the Dassler family, Adidas began to experience financial troubles and was in danger of failing. A new owner stepped in and with some creative marketing was able to put Adidas brand right back on top. Athletes were no longer the only ones seeking Adidas products, entertainers and other celebrities began endorsing the products, keeping the brand a household name. </p>
<p>All companies get started somewhere with as little as just a nagging idea that entrepreneurs see the value in before anyone else. <p>It is very easy to under-emphasis the power that the mind has over the body. Most people believe that they are in control of their mind and their body, and that they are likewise in control of their actions. However, when it comes to drug abuse, this is not true. In situations where someone is addicted to drugs, they are often powerless to resist the urges their mind gives them to use drugs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Everyone on earth, sometime or another has had some bad times, and has had stress in their lives.  Some of us can handle these bad times, and then there are the ones, including myself, who turn to a different source.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, these sources can lead up to<strong> Alcohol or Drug</strong> abuse.  We start out just trying to relieve our stress, and try to feel a little better about what is happening in our life, so we turn to Alcohol or Drugs to fix the problem.</p>
<p>As we continue to drink to relieve our stress, we start to get used to how our problems seem to disappear while under the influence.  At this time our bodies start to become used to this pressure release, and we have now gone from <strong>Abuse </strong>to now <strong>Addition</strong>.</p>
<p>I can say this because, this is what happened to me.</p>
<p>I was to weak to face the stress and the problems on my own without a crutch to lean on.  Now, after admitting that this has gone to far, I had to figure out how I was going to get out of this addiction, and face my problems head on and become<strong> Sober</strong> again.</p>
<p>I was afraid to stop drinking because I was worried about what might happen to me if I should stop.  My body was now so use to the Alcohol and I wondered how I would feel with out it.</p>
<p>Everyone would say, just slow it up a little, cut down a little at a time.  Well, that&#8217;s great if your are that type of person.  I, was not, I had to face the fact that I would have to go<strong> Cold Turkey</strong> or nothing.</p>
<p>So, there I went on my  journey to <strong>Sobriety</strong>.  I was afraid, but I knew I could do it, not only for myself, but for my family and friends as well.</p>
<p>I started off with the most important thing first, and that was a <strong>Positive Attitude</strong> .  Now, I have to get through the <strong>Alcohol Detox</strong> part of my journey.</p>
<p>In the beginning of my journey to <strong>Sobriety, </strong>yes I was not feeling that great, but drinking every day of my life, I also didn&#8217;t feel wonderful by far.  But, as days and weeks went by I felt as if the world was lifted off my shoulders.  I was surviving on my own without my crutch.</p>
<p>As time goes by, your body gets use to NOT having the alcohol in you system, just the same way as it gets use to HAVING alcohol in your system.</p>
<p>Things began to start getting better in my life, and everything started to become easier to deal with.  I learned to deal with my problems being Sober.  When I drank the problems where always there but I just didn&#8217;t care due to the alcohol.</p>
<p>Granted, so many people have an Addiction that is far worse than others.  I was fortunate that I could do this <strong>Detox </strong>on my own, thanks to all the support of my family and my good friends, and most of all, <strong>God, </strong>that has given me the willingness and the strength to  be able to do this on my own.</p>

You may not realize it but there is always a reason our bodies may feel tired, even if those reasons are not necessarily something we did or did not do. <p>There are obvious causes of fatigue that may be obvious to you, especially when they are work related. Sometimes fatigue may be caused by low thyroid functions also referred to as hypothyroidism.
