Self confidence is a treasure. It’s something that you can use to achieve goals, and no one can take it away from you. Only problem is, not a lot of people have the level of self confidence needed in making things work. If you’ve been insecure all your life, don’t worry, there are ways on how you can improve your self confidence. Before I give you tips though, let me tell you that improving self confidence doesn’t only take minutes, hours or days. It is a long process, but it can definitely be achieved.  So, here are simple tried- and- tested ways on how you can improve your self confidence.

TAKE TIME TO RECOGNIZE YOUR INSECURITIES

Before you can start building your confidence, take the time to recognize all of your insecurities. Write it down on a piece of paper, and reflect on it. Ask yourself why you are insecure about such things, but don’t find the solutions just yet. Just feel all of those insecurities, then let it go by burning the paper. Once this is done, forget about them, and move on to the next phase.

ACCEPT YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE

You might think otherwise, but you’re really not so bad. Once you accept the whole you—your weaknesses, your strengths and your issues—you get to move on with life, and stop being so insecure. Just remember that nobody’s perfect, so you don’t have to be ashamed when you’re not.

IDENTIFY YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS

Once you’ve worked on your insecurities, take time to identify your achievements. It could be something as small as baking a cake or as big as developing a selling strategy for your company. Everybody has achievements, so be proud about yours. Write down all of the strategies that you can remember, even when it dates back to your childhood. Give yourself time to feel proud about them, and keep that pride within you.

PUT ON A SMILE

When you have to do something you’re really afraid to do, just go ahead and put on a big smile. Lift your head, and believe that you can do it. Remember that people really have no idea whether you can do something or not, so just go ahead and pretend that you can do it. Funny, but it actually works in lifting your self esteem. Also maintain a presence of mind, and give yourself time to think before talking (especially during a job interview).

There are a number of ways on how to change your life completely. This article outlines 3 easy ways to change your life. These ways concentrate on how to set goals to become successful, and on how to change your life with better sleep and by giving up smoking.

1. How to change you life completely by giving your self more incentives

Step 1: Design goals. Studies show that having goals makes a difference to their achievement, and biographies of very successful people in history confirm these studies.

What matters most in the process to change your life is how you plan your goals.

1. Big Things: The objectives you set must be big enough to rouse you. To you «slightly more effective at work», or «to lose a half kilo» are rarely large enough goals. As Donald Trump said, «you have 50,000 thoughts a day-you can make large»! Write your goals, describe with vivid detail and imagine that they become live. Change your brain,change your throughts and way of thinking. This is the only road on how to change you life completely.

2. Do focus on what you want: Do not say «I do not want to be fat», «the only thing I wish is that I am not a losers», so why not bring it you want to your conscious. It is very important as you work on your goals, focus on what you want. And do not think that you will get every time the focus on your goal. Just imagine what would happen if they succeed.

3. «Break» your goals: When people bring first major objectives, sometimes terrorized some of them think that they will never reach them. «Breaking» big goals into small parts, will show how you can get anything you put in your mind. How to change your life completely is all about goals and objectives.

Step 2: Exercise Preparedness. We all have the seeds of motivation within us. The following exercise gives you the power to put incentives in each state:

* Think about something that you would like to get motivated. Motivation is the driving force that can change your life.

* Now, think about a time you felt that you have a real incentive in the past-when you took action and saw a difference in your life. Feel how good you felt, hear what I did say it, see what we saw, by the feelings, sounds, colors and louder.

* As well feel these emotions, press your thumb and middle finger with your other hand. Each time you do this movement, will relive those emotions. Repeat this exercise several times, adding new incentives positive experiences every time. Do the same when you move something that you want to get possible incentive to perform. Follow this pattern and you can definetly change your life completely.

Step 3: Do an Activity each day . When you take action every day for the purpose you want, it becomes easier every day. This is because the action is now commonplace. The most likely mistake people make is to wait until they feel absolutely certain about something before taking action.

Step 4: Prepare for the risk. To take risks, it is important and important step on how to change you life completely to reach success.

Many people stop doing something because it seems «very dangerous». Omitted undertake dangerous things as a profession is not necessarily more courageous, but simply better prepared. Again, pass the following three steps: risk identification, assessment, action.

Remember: If you have not won something, does not mean that you failed. Very successful people see what other people call it a failure as a temporary barrier and find exciting to discover new ways to tackle the challenge. Ask yourself: What is special to this problem and how can I use it as my strength and what I need to achieve?

2. Sleep

Wake up earlier. Get up at least half an hour earlier than usual. Keep this new habit, during weekends as well even if you feel tired during the first or second day, until you sleep well for at least two weeks. Then you can wake later at weekends, if you wish.

No matter how much or how little you sleep, keep this new time during the week. In the unlikely event that you do not have any improvement in your sleep in a week, wake up another half an hour earlier. Surveys have shown that this tactic is very successful in redefining the standard of your normal sleep.

Say no to coffee and alcohol. If you do not feel like sleeping, do not go to sleep. Even if you are tired you should stay upright and read something, do all the jobs you defer and go to bed only when you feel really sleepy.

There are only two things that you should do in bed, sleep and love. It is also necessary to drink less tea, coffee and alcohol.

You can easily discover if alcohol keeps you awake. Try to abstain from it for a week or two and see how you sleep and how you feel in the morning. It also helps to have a normal diet.

Eat a light meal in the evening and do some vigorous exercise, preferably late in the afternoon.

If at any time when you go to bed you find yourself to be awake for more than 30 minutes, get up and do something boring (like to check your bills or clean the floor), until you feel sleepy. We need to teach your mind that there is nothing interesting to get up at night.

Also, try not to sleep for long periods during the day. If you feel like sleeping during the day try a 10 minute power nap instead.

Remove the concerns. A major cause of insomnia is stress. This is often caused by worry. So sort out your concerns during the day. If you lie down worried, this is a habit that needs to change.

The first thing you should do with the concerns is to reverse the negative, to see what they really want. You may not want to keep your job, but to find a better job, which paid better. Remove the concerns and you will be able to change your life completely.

Then, fill the spaces between what you are today and what you want. Then edit your brain with the stages through which we get there. Then, «Photograph» in mind the first practical step in this way (eg to talk to your boss or to study something extra), you can do directly. Change your brain and you will change your life.

If you have any residual concerns, to imagine that you put in a large zip bag and send them to your subconscious to sort out when you are awake. The subconscious will come back and find new answers to your problems and change your life.

During the day, take the appropriate action to reach your goals, so do not need to spend on this night. Taking this actions will help you to change your life completely.

Scientists have discovered that when we are awake, the brain is involved in our conscious experiences a storm that include images, sounds and feelings. When describing these experiences possible, this increases our intelligence by creating more complex neural networks in our brains. When, however, describe these experiences silently to ourselves, making internal dialogue found it impossible to stay awake more than a few minutes.

3. Smoking

Step 1: The upper hand. There are two types of smokers: those who know they should stop smoking but can not think of doing it and those who believe that they can stop whenever they want, but are too afraid to try to see if this is true. In both cases, the essential question is common: Who is in charge? You or the cigarette?

If you belong to those who say that whenever they cut the cigarette, but just do not want to know that the top hand is a cigarette.

You may think you have control of the situation and that smoking is up to you, but if you tried in the past to quit and you failed, you probably know that this is not true. There are people who stopped smoking for a few days, a few months or even years, but resumed after. How could this happen? If you can stop for two days, and may stop for two weeks and it can be stopped for two weeks, and can for two months or two years, quite simply, forever. Quiting smoking can change your life completely.

If you belong to the category of people who have resumed, the more likely it is that the method followed was not the best for you and then stopped doing what they originally paid. The bottom line is that there is a way to stop smoking is to decide not to start again. The next steps will help you keep that decision.

Step 2: Activate your imagination. To change, you should see the bleak future that awaits if they do not stop smoking now. At the same time should think about the wonderful things you can start to build now, among those that will live longer with better health, more vitality and more youthful appearance.

To do this you must use your imagination as strongly as possible.

2.Image now to wake the next week and feel even better than in the previous stage.

3. Imagine that you wake up the next month and feel even better.

4. Do the same with the previous steps, including moving the time ahead-first 6 months and after 1 year later (in stages 2, 3 and 4 to imagine exactly what and stage 1). After experiencing the euphoria flooded to the soul, you will find that when smoking is like blurred, distant memory.

Step 5: Defeat the craving and change your life completely. When people feel a craving for something, it loses control and can not resist.

How to change you life completely is a process that takes time and effort. Make the decission and take the big step to change your life.
