Only problem is, not a lot of people have the level of self confidence needed in making things work. If you’ve been insecure all your life, don’t worry, there are ways on how you can improve your self confidence. Before I give you tips though, let me tell you that improving self confidence doesn’t only take minutes, hours or days. It is a long process, but it can definitely be achieved.  So, here are simple tried- and- tested ways on how you can improve your self confidence.</p>
<p><strong>TAKE TIME TO RECOGNIZE YOUR INSECURITIES</strong></p>
<p>Before you can start building your confidence, take the time to recognize all of your insecurities. Write it down on a piece of paper, and reflect on it. Ask yourself why you are insecure about such things, but don’t find the solutions just yet. Just feel all of those insecurities, then let it go by burning the paper. Once this is done, forget about them, and move on to the next phase.</p>
<p><strong>ACCEPT YOURSELF FOR WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>
<p>You might think otherwise, but you’re really not so bad. Once you accept the whole you—your weaknesses, your strengths and your issues—you get to move on with life, and stop being so insecure. Just remember that nobody’s perfect, so you don’t have to be ashamed when you’re not.</p>
<p><strong>IDENTIFY YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS</strong></p>
<p>Once you’ve worked on your insecurities, take time to identify your achievements. It could be something as small as baking a cake or as big as developing a selling strategy for your company. <p><em>Step 1: Design goals. Studies show that having goals makes a difference to their achievement, and biographies of very successful people in history confirm these studies.</em></p>
<p>What matters most in the process to change your life is how you plan your goals.</p>
<p>1. Big Things: The objectives you set must be big enough to rouse you. To you «slightly more effective at work», or «to lose a half kilo» are rarely large enough goals. As Donald Trump said, «you have 50,000 thoughts a day-you can make large»! Write your goals, describe with vivid detail and imagine that they become live. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>For years growing up I wanted to believe in something… something besides Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny. As a child, I would sit in trees for hours, watching all the birds and the clouds floating by. I was inspired by the vastness of the universe and all the things that it could hold. Then, when I was around fifteen, I discovered alcohol.</p>
<p>For the next twenty years I would search for my place in life. And alcohol was always right there with me. At which point I became an alcoholic, I’m not sure, but the realization was made pretty early in my twenties. At one point, I remember having this sinking feeling in my soul that no matter what I accomplished in life, I would always be left unsatisfied. One thing I realize now, I had “having fun” confused with happiness. My life, while addicted to king alcohol, was full of calamity.</p>
<p>Deep down, it seems that everyone wants to believe in some power greater than themselves; in some universal life force that connects all living things. For most of my life, I wanted to believe in a power greater than myself, but I lived as if I was the center of the universe. What I lacked was some type of spiritual guidance and a reason to live besides drinking alcohol and having fun.</p>
<p>At the age of 36, after years of trying to get sober, I finally accepted the fact that I was an alcoholic and that I needed to learn about <a href="http://aboutalcoholismtreatment.com/treating-alcoholism/">treating alcoholism</a>, my alcoholism. So I entered a 28 day rehab center, actually it was the third time I had tried rehab, but this time I was doing it for me!</p>
<p>One of the most important things I have learned in recovery is <a href="http://howtofindhappiness.net/how-to-find-happiness-in-yourself/">how to find happiness in yourself</a>. Once I learned how to love myself, I found that everything I need to be happy is already inside of me! Prior to embracing recovery, everything seemed like a major traumatic event, my life was full of calamity. After years of working on a spiritual program of recovery, I’m now able to match calamity with serenity. I’ve finally found something to believe in; myself and the spiritual power of the universe in which I live.</p>

I have not known anyone who could keep up with an addiction to heroin for long. I decided that I was going to try to help out whoever I could today. This is one way I try to pay back what was so freely given to me. The other way I try to give back is that I chair NA meetings. This is a very positive way for the newcomer to feel a part of something so give it a try chair a meeting.</p>
<p>Now I know that it does not take a mental heavy weight to stop using drugs. Therefore I decided to call this post <a href="http://heroinaddictionhelp.blogspot.com/">heroin smoking for dummies</a>. I am not saying that anyone is a dummy because addicts are some of the most intelligent people in the world. We had to be smart like a fox to do the things we did in order to survive and get our drugs of choice. Now let’s use those smarts in a positive way to stop smoking heroin. Then because they did not stop using when they had the opportunity they are spending the rest of their lives in prison for a drug related crime.</p>

You have to start out small and then as your progress you can make your goal higher.  If it is your goal to lose weight by the summer, then start off by saying that you are going to attend one aerobics class a week and walk one night after dinner.  If you manage to do this for a week or two, then you can increase the amount of classes or the nights that you walk.</p>
<p>Try doing it with a friend.  If you set fitness goals with a friend, the chances are greater that you will stick with it.  Friends motivate each other and you are less likely to cancel when a friend is involved.</p>
<p>Once you have set your goals you need to write everything down.  Writing everything down makes it a “to do” list.  You feel more compelled to do something when it is written down.  Writing your goals down also gives you something to work towards.</p>
<p>Don’t give yourself something to do every day.  Give yourself something to do every other day.  This will give you a break and it will not seem so much like a chore.  You will actually start to look forward to your walk or your exercise class.</p>
<p>Lastly, eat well and do not overindulge.  Once your goals are set, a healthy diet will help speed up the results.  Once you start noticing a difference you will become more motivated to get out there and not only reach your fitness goals, but surpass them.</p>
