Change of life can be  one of the most stressful things a couple has to endure in the history  of their marriage. Breathing slowly while you invert will help your body greatly and will also help your mind relax, which is one of the many benefits of inversion therapy.</p>
<p>Second, never try to invert 100 percent the first time. So, what should you do in order to adjust your body to handing upside down?  Well, first, take a few days before you hang completely vertical.  I would recommend doing the following in order to slowly adjust your body and mind to the inversion process.  First, invert only 60 &#8211; 70 degrees the first time you invert.  Stay in this position for about 5-10 minutes (which is all you usually need anyways), relaxing and controlling your breathing the entire time.   The following day, continue to invert 10 degrees farther, again concentrating on your breathing. By the third day you will be ready to invert to about 90 degrees as you continue to increase your inversion angle by 10 degrees each day.  Now, by day four you will be ready to invert to a full free handing position and be able to begin to enjoy the full benefits of inverting on an inversion table.</p>

It is also an excellent source of fiber, and it can help raise your level of good cholesterol. Sliced avocado is an excellent garnish for your burgers, instead of using mayonnaise.</p>
<p>Raspberries are great foods to include in a healthy diet. They contain ellagic acid, which helps stop the growth of cancer cells. They also have plenty of fiber and vitamin C, to help you prevent heart disease and high cholesterol. A cup of raspberries only has sixty calories, and raspberries taste really great on top of oatmeal, yogurt or cereal. Or, a handful of raspberries can make for a nutritious and tasty snack.</p>
