A lot of us nowadays were suffering from insomnia, that sometimes no matter what we do us really find it hard to look for something that could somehow help us in curing our insomnia. Is insomnia a disease or just an anxiety?
Insomnia is neither a disease nor a kind of anxiety. Insomnia comes with so many reason or instances, once we cannot sleep at night we then assumed that we had an insomnia, but what we don’t know is that we might just thinking something very important and that’s why we can’t sleep because our mood to sleep were being bother with that problem. Insomnia takes a lot of reason for us to have it, we experience anxiety insomnia when in the middle of our sleep we dream of something terrible and that it made us get awake the whole night because we are afraid to dream about it once we go back to our sleep. With that instances the best thing to avoid that cause of insomnia is to free our mind before we sleep, because I do believed with the myth that whatever we think before we sleep it might also affect our dream. Another cause of insomnia also is going to sleep without anything in our stomach, because once we fall asleep emptied stomach the worst thing could happened also is that you will woke-up in the middle of the night and then it will made you awake the whole night, so to avoid that we should used our self to eat something before we rest to bed. I have learned also base on my research that drinking too much caffeine late at night may also cause an insomnia, to avoid Anxiety Insomnia due to drinking caffeine I guess the best cure to recover from that anxiety is to divert whatever we drink that had a caffeine into a full cream milk. That were just the few things that might cause us Anxiety and Insomnia and how can we recover from that anxiety.
Anyone might have an Anxiety Insomnia and at this moment also there were a lot whom trying their best to recover from Anxiety Insomnia, all of us then should know the fact that Insomnia is not a major disease and that in can be cured as long as we take the effort of doing the things that were medically suggested by the expert and of course disciplining yourself to avoid whatever things that may cause us an Anxiety Insomnia.

Sleep apnea can be a serious medical condition in which an individual has interruptions in their breathing pattern during sleep. Researching sleep apnea cures can become a challenging problem. To treat the problem, one must correct the underlying cause.
In sleep apnea, the airway intermittently collapses during sleep (hence the name obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA), often secondary to obesity or other diseases. To prevent the airway from collapsing, the most simple—and potentially the most difficult—solution is to simply lose weight. Without extra pounds to compress the airway, breathing becomes much less labored. There are several other “quick and easy” fixes for sleep apnea, which include propping the head up with several pillows in order to keep the airway from collapsing. The same theory goes for sleeping on one’s side instead of the back—a person’s weight around the neck is not pressing directly on the airway, thus, gravity has less of an effect.
Sometimes weight loss is not enough of a cure for sleep apnea, and people with sleep apnea must resort to other means of treatment. Patients can use a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine, which delivers a constant flow of air into the patient’s airway through a face mask. This continuous pressure effectively props the airway open, preventing collapse. Unfortunately, CPAP can dry out mucous membranes, and the mask is not comfortable to wear.
Patients who do not have relief with CPAP can ask their doctors to prescribe a BiPAP machine. A BiPAP machine also delivers air to a patient via a face mask, but the pressure of the air delivered varies depending on whether the patient is breathing in or out. Most people find this significantly more tolerable than CPAP, where the air pressure is constant during inhalation. For very serious cases of sleep apnea, the opening to the airway can be improved by surgical means. This may mean removing tonsils and excess tissue, or could be as drastic as altering the structure of the jaw to permit freer breathing.

If you struggle falling asleep at night, you may be tempted to turn to prescription drugs to help you with your sleep troubles. While this is certainly an alternative, it should only be used as the last resort. Before you take this step, try implementing these easy steps that can help you fall asleep faster.
Clean Up Your Environment
Did you know that when your environment is physically messy that it causes you mental stress? It has been shown that people sleep better in an environment that is clean and tidy. You should pick up all the clutter in your bedroom, and make sure your sheets get changed each week. Refrain from eating in bed because the crumbs can make getting a good night’s sleep difficult.
Watch Your Diet
You probably know that you should avoid caffeine in the afternoon. (This is true whether you think that caffeine impacts your sleep or not.) You should also avoid eating sweets close to bed time. Even people who normally sleep soundly find that they are restless after a large dessert – particularly one that is chocolate!
Adjust the Temperature
Studies show that most people sleep in a room that is around 65 degrees. A room that is cooler or warmer than this can cause your body to try to get back to this temperature all night long making you restless. While every person is slightly different, you should try setting your thermostat to 65 degrees at night and adjust up or down base on your own preferences.
Exercise
If you are searching for ways to fall asleep, exercise should come at the top of your list. It has been shown that exercising in the late afternoon is best, but if you can’t fit your workout in then you should get it in whenever you can. If at all possible, avoid working out just before bedtime as this can actually make falling asleep more difficult.
