Losing weight is no big deal, it can easily be achieved with a little bit of effort and self restraint. Effort for a couple of month and self-restraint to avoid junk food for a while.
But to lose belly fat is much more difficult. I lost 14 pounds over 5 months and I still have some belly fat. So how to lose belly fat? You need to look at this process the same way you would a marathon. In a marathon you won’t sprint at the beginning, you will pace yourself to be able to finish the race. Losing belly fat is a long process and you need to be prepared to endure it for a long period of time. You will need to think about the nutritional aspect as a lifestyle change, you will need to change your habits, not diet for a short period of time. By changing your eating habits with new, healthy ones and incorporating a daily exercising routine you will be able to reach your goals.
