<p>For people who are watching their calories, it is essential to consider consuming the white portion only because the albumen contains very low amount of calories compared to the yolk, has higher amount of protein, and has no fat and cholesterol. private and cater to a higher end clientele and so the use of HCG for<br />
weight loss has never really become main stream or very well known.<br />
These clinics have experimented with the use of HCG for weight loss<br />
with thousands of patients, with most losing enormous amounts of<br />
weight with few to no side effects.</p>
<p>The use of HCG injections with a very specific diet was developed by a<br />
Dr. Simeons while working with obese patients in Italy in the early<br />
1950&#8242;s.  He published is findings privately in 1954 &#8211; outlining his<br />
discoveries, his thought processes and laying out the basics of his<br />
procedure.  While his findings were generally refused by the medical<br />
community, those that experimented with the diet and injections<br />
quickly found how effective and potent the combination truly was.</p>
<p>While some alternatives have been suggested, it has been found that<br />
few are as effective as the original protocol.  Basically, the patient<br />
is injected with HCG for a minimum of 23 days and up to a maximum of<br />
45 days.  During this period of injections, the patients food intake<br />
is reduced to a mere 500 calories a day.  The food requirements are<br />
very strict and the patient must ensure that no oil or fats are used<br />
either on the foods as well as on the skin.  If the protocol is<br />
followed exactly, the dieter should expect to lose a pound of fat per<br />
day for each day up to the 45 days.</p>
<p>One of the more beneficial effects of using HCG for weight loss is<br />
that the fat that is lost is virtually all adipose fat.  Adipose fat<br />
is the fat that collects on bellies of men and typically on the hips<br />
and buttocks of women.  In other words, the very fat that is so<br />
unsightly!  Essential fats found in the organs and generally in a<br />
layer beneath the skin is left untouched as are the patients protein<br />
stores.  There is virtually no muscle loss during HCG treatments.<br />
After a 45 day treatment the patients body is often completely<br />
reshaped with a developed waistline while retaining the full and<br />
healthy looking face and features.</p>
<p>While many weight loss techniques are dangerous and pose many risks to<br />
patients, the use of HCG is virtually unparalleled in both its<br />
effectiveness and safety.  Because HCG is a naturally occurring<br />
hormone in humans, the only side effects that need to be monitored are<br />
those related to rapid weight loss.  As more people become aware of<br />

The problem is how do we know what works and what doesn’t?</p>
<p>Well the simple answer is that we are all different so if the South Beach diet works for you it doesn’t mean it will work for me. The key is experimenting to figure out what diets work best for you and more importantly what you can stick to.  After all a diet could work amazingly well but if you aren’t going to stick with it then you’ll never lose weight.</p>
<p>So you might be asking how you determine which diets are best for you? Unfortunately trial and error is the best option (unless your doctor recommends one), but you can narrow it down. Let’s say you don’t like fish, well an all seafood diet wouldn’t work for you. If you don’t like spending money on pre-packaged diet foods then Medifast may not be the best option, even if you have a <a href="http://loseweightdaily.com/medifast-coupons-and-coupon-codes/">Medifast coupon</a> to save a few bucks. </p>
<p>The best thing to do is start with the easiest diet first. Some people are able to lose weight eating what they normally do, as long as they exercise more often. Some people just have to cut out desert at night and maybe mix in a salad instead of French fries. You’d be amazed how little changes can help. </p>
<p>If you need to lose more than a couple pounds I think the simplest diet is Weight Watchers. I have used the online version of Weight Watchers myself and I found it very easy to do compared to more extreme diets like Atkins and I think it is a much better jumping off point for people who are new to dieting. </p>
<p>That all said, the only one who can figure out what diet works for you and what diet you would actually stick with is you. There are a lot of diets out there and there is certainly something for everyone.</p>

<p>Shedding a few extra pounds and staying in shape is a recurrent desire nowadays. And it’s only natural to want a toned and healthy body, and all the advantages that come with it, such as a beautiful, smooth skin and agility.</p>
<p>Increasing fitness levels and having a fit body shouldn’t be such a hard thing to do. Motivation should be the only sine-qua-non ingredient, and the rest should come easily. But it’s not always like that, especially in the big cities where you must hunt parks or other appropriate environments for walking or running. This is time consuming, we all know it.</p>

<p>One way of making sure you are eating right is to prepare all the food.  If that is not possible only eat the food that you know to be healthy.  Even if you eat out there should be healthy eating choices for you to choose from.</p>
<p><strong>Idea #5:  Cut Your Portions of Food.</strong></p>
<p>Maybe you want to eat what everyone else is eating so just do it in smaller portions.  You don’t have to eat a full plate of mashed potatoes, or three hot-dogs. Eating a smaller portion will keep you from over eating but still allow you to enjoy the holiday meals.</p>

<p>With that much info out there about how to lose weight, why are so many people still searching every month?  The answer appears to be that people are not finding the information that they are looking for.  Even more surprising is that with so many people searching for ways to lose weight and so many people willing to give them that information, our society is still getting more and more over weight.</p>
<p>I think that this tells us one of three things: either people are not liking the information that they are being given, the things that they are being told to try are not working, or they are asking the wrong question.  I personally think it’s most likely a combination of all three.  I also think that in order to avoid the first two, we need to concentrate on the third – we need to start asking a different question.</p>
<p>I have been studying health and nutrition for a long, long time.  When I found myself injured and unable to work out, I gained a lot of weight.  At that point, I found myself getting sucked into the same trap – worrying about my weight.  My past experience helped me to receive a revelation.  I remembered that the way to lose weight is to get back to focusing on being healthy.</p>
<p>This was a challenge because due to severe back and hip injuries, I could not work out the way I used to. I did not let that deter me, however.  I stopped worrying about how to lose weight and asked myself the question, “How do I get back to a healthy lifestyle in my current condition?”  That was the key.  I just rephrased the question and focused my energy on answering it.  Did it work?  Of course it did.  How many fat people do you know that live a healthy lifestyle?</p>
<p>I honestly believe that if we can change our mindset towards living healthy and get away from the “<a href="http://hubpages.com/hub/4-the-Quickest-Way-to-Lose-Weight">quickest way to lose weight</a>” mentality, the rest will follow in due course.  Making up our minds to change is the hard part.  The rest is just following through.</p>
