To lose it more quickly, substitute a healthier eating plan for your current eating patterns. Eat real food, not processed chemically comprised pseudo-foods. Do not over eat. Even the active human body only needs a maximum of 3000 calories a day. They add up quickly. Be sure to get the right nutrients into that number. Eating real foods will ensure you accomplish that task. If you do only those two things, you will lose weight at a healthy pace and feel more vibrant.
