Pain in your anus can mean different things, but in most cases, it means you have hemroids. This is a condition that affects over a million people a year in the United States alone. Most of hemroid cases are caused by poor diet and lack of fiber in the diet. So, the first symptoms of a hemroid would be constipation because this is what causes you to push hard.
The act of forcing stool out causes tears in your skin, and this tears or fissures are what gives you pain. The pain can be in varying degrees, and it can even come from inside you rather than along the anus hole. This is because hemroids is not just around the hole, but can happen anywhere along the passageway the stool takes to get out of your body.
Another of the hemroid symptoms are pain, discomfort, or both. This means it’s hard to sit because your rear end can’t handle the weight of your body. It is also possible that it is uncomfortable because there is a lump protruding from your anus, and it is sensitive. You fear sitting down because you’re scared of the lump. This lump is a sign of hemroid but is it does not go away, or enlarges, have the doctor check it. It could have been infected by bacteria from feces.
You could also experience itching. Sometimes, the itching comes from somewhere you just can’t seem to pinpoint. This means the hemroid is inside you and along the inner walls of the passageway. There is really no way you can stick your finger up to scratch, so the best would be to stick a water icicle and let the cold water deal with the affected part and provide you with instant hemroid relief.
Finally, start eating better. This means adding more fiber to your diet so that you do not get constipated.
