The HCG diet is a rapidly growing diet in the US. The diet originally started with injections but with medical science it is now possible to take them in drops. The HCG drops are usually only found online to purchase but in rare cases you can find them in your local health food store.
The HCG diet is only tailored for people that need to lose a large amount weight quickly. It is only for people that are considered to be obese and need to get the weight off because of health problems. One of the biggest guidelines is that you may also have to take certain supplements such as an omegas and DHA since you won’t be able to eat as much food you do still need to take in your vitamins some how. Going through a HCG clinic would be the best choice since you will be under the direct care of a medical doctor that can track your progress or take you off if you are having any type of bad reactions to the diet or the drops.
