If you are on a diet then it is not so healthy or smart to east fast food. Fast food is loaded with calories and fat. Did you know that the Arby’s Turkey Bacon and Ranch Sandwich has 830 calories and 38 grams of fat? That is ridiculous! Taco Bells Beef Burrito Supreme has 420 calories and 15 grams of fat. You can go to McDonalds and get a famous Big Mac sandwich with 540 calories and 29 grams of fat. That is just so much unhealthiness packed into on sandwich.
If you are on a diet, I suggest that you should start tracking your calories and keep track of your weight loss goals. The best thing to do is cut fast food out of your diet all together, but if you feel the need to eat fast food I suggest that you should research your fat and calorie intake before deciding what you are going to eat. This way maybe you can find something a little healthier. For example: instead of eating a burrito from Taco Bell that is jam packed with 420 calories you could get a taco off their Fresco Menu instead which only had 150 calories and only 7 grams of fat. That is a big difference! Instead of getting a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich from Arby’s you could get a 6-inch turkey sub from Subway which only has 280 calories and 4.5 grams of fat compared to the 830 that the Arby’s Sandwich did!
By doing a little research before you eat you are treating your body so much better. No fast food place is completely healthy, no matter what you eat. If you do your research though, you can eat healthier than most people would that are visiting the same fast food place. Also, remember that if you are on a diet you should also be sure to get some daily exercise in as well.
