2. Write down 5 things that you want to improve about the way you look. It can be anything from improving your eyes to improving the way your hair looks. Anything that you think is good should be written down. Now, that you have those 5 things, which one is the most important of them? Which one would bring the most positive results for you?
3. How can you improve your image today? You should be asking yourself this question every single day and try to find answers that you then convert into things to do. For example, you could say that if you got a new haircut you would look better and then feel better about yourself. What can you do then? You can go and get a haircut so do it immediately.
