Using Dumbbells

With many cheap dumbbell sets for sale at great prices they are a great way for us to work out at home without taking up much room. They also offer a better range of movement than a traditional barbell will do.

There are a few things we should bear in mind if we are to work out with dumbbells correctly, and most important is to never forget to securely put ion the collars. This is very easy to forget, with very bad results.

But it is exercise form that is often overlooked. We really do need to ensure that we use perfect form. No swinging to get the weight up and no arching of the back to try to cheap the weight. Using a very strict form will cut the amount of weight that we can use but it certainly will give us much better results.

By using very strict control we unsure that our muscles do maximum work and this is exactly what we want. We need to ensure that our sets are done perfectly every tome. This will mean that we really will cut down on injuries which can leave us out of action for a very long time.

And for delicate muscles be sure that form us absolutely perfect. Our shoulders and lower backs are very delicate and we need to never use more weight than we can very safely handle. This means using a slow cadence if 2 up 4 down to make certain that the weight is always under strict control. Very cheap weight sets are readily available now so we can all train at home for a low cost but without spotters it is up to us to ensure that we really do use perfect form so that we can always train safely and effectively each and every workout. A mirror is a good idea so that we can see for ourselves that what we are doing is correct.
